75 spells, 468 ranks, 7 classes. Lower ranks cost less mana and keep most of their number; the calculator says which one to press.
The rule
A rank below your level keeps its base amount but loses part of its spell power bonus: ranks under level 20 lose a slice per level under 20, then the bonus scales by (the rank's max level + 6) ÷ your level, capped at full.
The score
Per mana is the amount per point of mana, for long fights. Per cast is the amount per second of cast time, instants on the global cooldown, for when the tank is dying.

Where the numbers come from
Both clients, read from their own tables.
Forever
Amounts follow the same base-points and variance path the in-game tooltip uses, so the range matches the client text.
Classic
Shown under each rank when it differs. Classic amounts use base points and a die roll after level scaling.
Penalty
Not a table column. It is the classic client rule applied to the coefficient only, never to the base amount.
